To date, one of OPG’s largest real estate ventures is the Harbor Hill project. Located 12 miles from Tacoma, just across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge in Gig Harbor, Washington, this 327-acre development is nearing completion. It encompasses 546 single-family homes, a 172-unit multi-family apartment complex, a school, a church, a Costco, a regional YMCA, a 300-unit senior living development, and 30 acres of trails and wetlands. Port Gamble encompasses 318-acres total, including a 120-acre developed townsite and 1.4 miles of waterfront on the scenic shores of Hood Canal just outside of Seattle.
