Providing places to live, work and play in the Pacific Northwest.
Olympic Property Group (OPG) is focused on providing for the real estate needs of the communities in which we own land in the Pacific Northwest. We are a real estate subsidiary* of Rayonier Inc., a timber real estate investment trust. It is our job to maximize transparency and collaboration with communities as we develop and market select properties where the land is more urgently needed for homes and businesses.
Formed in 1998, OPG’s talented team brings an unmatchable level of perspective, with expertise across a wide range of real estate activities, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use. We draw on our reputation, knowledge and experience to capitalize on opportunities.
To date, one of OPG’s largest real estate ventures is the Harbor Hill project. Located 12 miles from Tacoma, just across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge in Gig Harbor, Washington, this 327-acre development is nearing completion. It encompasses 546 single-family homes, a 172-unit multi-family apartment complex, a school, a church, a Costco, a regional YMCA, a 300-unit senior living development, and 30 acres of trails and wetlands. An undeveloped 18-acre retail village will be the crown jewel in this beautiful community. Call for information.
Port Gamble encompasses 318-acres total, including a 120-acre developed townsite and 1.4 miles of waterfront on the scenic shores of Hood Canal just outside of Seattle. We are seeking interest from developers, builders, investors, and potential partners, for Port Gamble, a historic town in Kitsap County, Washington.
Arborwood is a 374-acre property approved for 750 single-family homes. The project will add more than 100 acres to the adjacent 800-acre North Kitsap Heritage Park. Arborwood residents will live “in balance” with access to nature and endless trails, all a short distance to a walk-on Kingston/Seattle ferry just 1.4 miles away.
OPG master-planned this 260-acre property, most of which has been sold to other developers. We are currently marketing the last 6 industrial lots. Call for information or visit kitsapcommercial.com.
Chatham is a rural, gated community of 19 lots on 152 acres, located on the Hansville Greenway Trail system linking Point-No-Point and Hood Canal. The last lots were sold in 2019 to Seattle-area residents looking to escape the city and take advantage of the new Kingston/Seattle passenger-only fast ferry with its 39-minute ride to downtown Seattle.
